Ways to Work Together
There are three ways to begin this work: a two-session discovery phase, or a fuller four-session or six-session program. Some people prefer to begin more cautiously and feel their way in. Others already know they want to commit to a fuller arc from the start.

Two-Session Foundation
Across these first two sessions, we begin uncovering how your breathing can contribute to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, and tension. We look at the habits that have formed over time and what keeps them going.
This Includes:
- Discover how your breathing is exacerbating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, or tension
- Recognise the triggers, signals, and reinforcements that keep the patterns going
- Build the awareness needed to begin releasing the behaviours that keep you looping in stress and strain
This phase is for you if you want an understanding of your breathing patterns before committing to deeper work.

Two-Session Foundation
Across these first two sessions, we begin uncovering how your breathing can contribute to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, and tension. We look at any habits that have formed over time and what keeps them going.
This includes:
- Developing your awareness practice
- Clearer awareness of behaviours, and their effects on daily life your.
This phase is for you if you want an understanding of your breathing patterns before committing to deeper work.
Price: AUD$210
Four-Session Program
The first two sessions uncover how your breathing can contribute to stress, anxiety, fatigue, or tension. The following two sessions begin turning that awareness into change, reducing the habits that keep amplifying those states, so that stress, anxiety, and overwhelm have less power to take hold.
This includes:
- Discovering how your breathing is exacerbating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, or tension
- Beginning to reduce the breathing habits that keep intensifying those patterns
- Building a more natural, easier and less reactive response to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
This option is for you if you want more than discovery, but are not ready to commit to the fuller six session program.

Six-Session Program
The first two sessions uncover how your breathing can influence stress, anxiety, fatigue, or tension. The following four sessions allow more time for the newer response to strengthen, reducing the hold of the habits that amplify those states and helping calm, ease, and reduced reactivity carry more reliably into daily life.
This includes:
- Clearer recognition of how your breathing is amplifying stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or tension
- Four follow-on sessions to support retraining and more meaningful behavioural shifts
- Greater continuity, allowing new patterns to settle more naturally into daily life
This option is for you if you want a fuller, more supported space for deeper, lasting change.

Paired Bookings: 15% Off
A reduced rate is available when two or more people book their own four or six-session programs within seven days of each other.
This can be a supportive way to begin alongside a partner, friend, family member, or small group, while each person still receives their own individual one-to-one sessions and support.

Follow on Sessions
After the discovery phase or a longer program, these sessions offer continued support to help newer breathing responses strengthen so calm and ease become a more reliable anchor when stress or challenge arises in daily life.
Follow on options are:

- 2 Sessions — AUD$190 total ($95 each)
