For when life feels harder than it should, and you’re tired of just pushing through.
Why This session?
At some point, another explanation stops being helpful. You already know you’re anxious, tense, tired, overwhelmed, reactive, or pushing through more than you want to be. You may even understand a lot about yourself. But understanding the pattern from the outside is different from seeing and feeling it happen in real time.
That’s why I’m offering the first session of the Return to Ease programme for free. You won’t be asked to commit to anything in advance. Come for the first session. See what becomes clear. Then we can decide whether continuing feels right.
What Happens in a Session?
We’ll begin by taking a deeper look at what you’ve shared in your questionnaires, using that as an entry point into the patterns that may already be showing up through your breathing. Then we slow down, not to force a release, fix your breathing, or make you calm, but to notice what is usually too subtle, too familiar, or too quick to see.
As the practice deepens, you may begin noticing the small places where your breath doesn’t quite feel free. Where you rush, hold back, reach, resist, or quietly avoid. Sometimes those places carry fear or protection. Sometimes they show the exact moment control comes in because something in you does not quite trust what would happen if you let go.
We stay curious with what shows up, so you can begin seeing how your breathing may be helping you avoid, protect, manage, or find some form of safety in your daily life. Before we finish, I’ll give you a simple practice to support you during the week. I’ll also send a personal follow-up email with the key things we noticed together, so you can keep reflecting on what became clear.
This may be a good fit if…
you’re open to looking beyond the symptoms, and becoming curious about what may be happening underneath. You don’t need to know anything about behavioural breathwork. But you do need to be willing to slow down and look openly at your own experience.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, constantly switched on, exhausted, or like life takes more effort than it should. You might find yourself pushing through, carrying the weight of responsibility, or wondering why things that seem easy for other people feel so hard for you.
What Happens Next
1. Request your first session
Enter your first name and email address.
2. Complete a short breathing questionnaire
I’ll send a brief questionnaire so I can get a clearer sense of your breathing patterns, symptoms, and what you’re hoping to explore.
3. If a session feels like a good fit
I’ll send a second questionnaire covering health, personal history, and anything important for supporting you safely before we meet.
4. Come to your first session
We’ll meet online for a 75-minute 1:1 online session, where you’ll experience the work directly.
5. Decide from there

FAQ
Is this a sales call?
No. This is the first session of the six-week Return to Ease programme. It’s a 75 minute session where you’ll experience the work directly. If continuing feels right for both of us, you can move into the remaining five sessions. If not, there’s no pressure.
What if I don’t continue?
That’s completely okay. The session stands on its own. You’ll still receive the session, the awareness practices, and a personal follow-up email.
Is this therapy?
No. This is educational and experiential breathwork support. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care.
Do I need breathwork experience?
No. This is an awareness practice. It is not a performative form of breathwork. You don’t need to breathe well, breathe deeply, or have any previous experience with breathwork. We’re only interested in what your breathing is already doing and what that may teach us.
What if I feel anxious noticing my breath?
That can happen for some people. We won’t force anything. You stay in charge throughout, and we work carefully at a pace that feels appropriate.
Where does the session happen?
All sessions happen online via zoom.
How long is it?
Around 75 minutes.
What if I’m not offered a session?
After you complete the initial breathing questionnaire, I’ll review it to see whether this work seems like a good fit for what you’re experiencing.
If I don’t feel this work is likely to support you well, I’ll let you know.
If it does feel like a good fit, but I don’t have space available straight away, I can place you on the waiting list for the next available session. I offer extra complimentary Clarity Sessions each week as my calendar allows.
No Pressure to Decide
You’re not committing to the whole programme. You’re simply deciding whether you’d like to experience the first session and see what becomes clear.
